Nifty November Releases~

Champion FTW.
Fangurl time. :D
So them November releases are not as eventful as October, but it's alright. :) There are other cool books out there.

Champion (Legend, #3)Champion (Legend#3)
by Marie Lu
Release Date: November 5th, 2013

Thoughts: Woot! I love finales. The last book in the series are always very good. And awesome. :) Can't wait to read it. I really have to buy the book. Saying goodbye to June and Day. Unless...there's more novellas. Anyways, if you enjoy a dystopian romantic YA novel, read this series! If you haven't already.

Tagline: He is a Legend. She is a Prodigy. Who will be Champion?
Hmmm. I wonder if Champion is going to be a third person or one of them.

World After (Penryn & the End of Days, #2)World After (Penryn and the End Days#2)
by Susan Ee
 Release Date: November 19th, 2013

Thoughts: I read the first book but didn't extremely loved it. It doesn't hurt to spotlight a book though. I'm not that into angels nowadays. So maybe that's why. :) So fallen angel lovers, here another series for you~

Tagline: In this sequel to the bestselling fantasy thriller, Angelfall, the survivors of the angel apocalypse begin to scrape back together what's left of the modern world.

Pawn (The Blackcoat Rebellion, #1)Pawn (The Blackout Rebellion#1)
by Aimee Carter
Release Date: November 26th, 2013

Thoughts: Author of The Goddess Test, Aimee Carter has a new series! I thoroughly enjoyed The Goddess Test, so let's see what do we have now. Pawn. Hmm. It's a dystopian series. And there are ranks. The powerful, VII and the misery, III. Woo~

Tagline: YOU CAN BE A VII. IF YOU GIVE UP EVERYTHING.
Of course, Kitty Doe wants to be a VII instead of a III. But there is always a catch to it. And she would become the pawn to this very political game.

The Last Stand of the New York Institute (The Bane Chronicles, #9)
by Cassandra Clare and Maureen Johnson
Release Date: November 19th, 2013

Thoughts: More Magnus Bane. Why not. These Bane Chronicles are novellas of Magnus. And his experiences and stuff. And he has a lot of experience. Because he's immortal. I haven't read any of them. But once I get time. Why not. It's Magnus Bane! :D
Tagline: Magnus meets Valentine in battle as the Circle attacks the Downworlders of New York City.
This was back in Clary's mom time. When Valentine was a Shadowhunter. And maybe just starting to get evil.

Foreplay (The Ivy Chronicles, #1)Foreplay (The Ivy Chronicles#1)
by Sophie Jordan
Release Date: November 5th, 2013

Thoughts: It's been awhile since I read a romance novel. Not like the cover, the whole in bed part, mind you that. It's the chasing after a best friend's brother part. Oooh. SO CUTE. And there's already a love-triangle, which I get so frustrated at if they're cliffhangers, but at the same time, which I secretly love. Okay. Let's not look at the cover. The cover's taking the romance to a whole next level. What I meant to say was that I haven't read a YA romance novel that is contemporary, high school, since forever.
Tagline: Before she goes after the life she's always wanted, she's about to find the one she needs.
Okay, sounds like she's about to give up her crush.

Brooke (Under The Never Sky #2.5)Brooke (Under the Never Sky#2.5)
by  Veronica Rossi
Release Date: November 26th, 2013

Thoughts: Ooh. A novella. About Broke. Right before the conclusion of the whole series. I didn't read Into the Still Blue just yet. Because it isn't published yet. So this is a novella between book 2 and book 3, I might as well read it too. :)

Tagline: Pulsing with romance and danger, Brooke will leave readers desperate about for the conclusion to this epic and unforgettable saga.
Hmmm. I see. Making it a cliffhanger, aren't we. Into the Still Blue comes out in 2014. If it's going to make readers desperate for the finale, I'm not going to read it just yet and torture myself. LOL.

Soar (The Empire Chronicles, #1) Soar (The Empire Chronicles#1)
by Alyssa Rose Ivy
Release Date: November 19th, 2013

Thoughts: Well, Alyssa Rose Ivy writes pretty good books. She may be a self-published indie author, but her books are getting pretty out there. I would definitely read this new upcoming series of hers. Hmm. This seems to go to modern fantasy and the supernatural world. I'm not really into supernaturals but the cover is great.

Tagline: In the city that never sleeps the Chronicles continue...
Ooh. A pretty eye-catching tagline...

by Margaret Peterson Haddix
Release Date: November 12th, 2013

Thoughts: Woah. Full ride scholarship. I want one. To Standford! If only. But the story isn't exactly what I thought. It kind of reminds me of the movie of Freedom Writer. Margaret Peterson Haddix was a really great middle grade writer. At least, I only read her middle grade books. So let's see how she does with the high school world. :D

Tagline: Becca thought her life was over when her father was sent to prison for embezzlement.
See. Not what I was expecting. I was expecting more of how to get into college with a full-ride scholarship. Now I need that book.

Goddess in Time (Oh. My. Gods, #2.1)Goddess in Time (Oh. My. Gods. #2.1)
by Tera Lynn Childs
Release Date: November 5th, 2013

Thoughts: I love gods and goddesses. Especially Greek mythology. Haha. And this just sounds funny. Although it isn't the first one in its series, I'll look into it. I just love these gods and goddesses business.

Tagline: A fun, action-packed novella, perfect for teenage Percy Jackson fans, starring favorite characters from Greek mythology and beloved author Tera Lynn Childs's Oh. My. Gods. series.
Did I just see that right? Percy Jackson? Greek mythology? Eek!

The Key (The True Reign Series, #1)The Key (The True Reign Series#1)
by Jennifer Anne Davis
 Release Date: November 16th, 2013

Thoughts: Medieval! I love medieval. And princes. And just medieval romance in general. They make like the best romance novels ever. Even dystopian and contemporary can't be compared to a good written romance in the castle novel. This book goes really deep in this love-hate problem romance thing. Which I would thoroughly enjoy. So yes. :) I'm reading this one.

Tagline: Within these pages lie kingdoms with castles and princes who fall in love with fair maidens, but make no mistake--this is no fairytale.
Ooh. Love that tagline right there. <3.

Not bad. I enjoyed November's new books. :D
The Key especially. I just fell in love with that tagline.
Sounds really good. Just the author wrote the book even better!
And of course, there's also Champion. Gotta read that one still.
Either way,
Happy Reading~
Stay tuned for December's new books.

Staggering September Releases~

Time for them September releases~
:D Yep. There's some pretty exciting books. Soo wait up.
And ohmergerd. #excited.

Simple Perfection (Perfection, #2; Rosemary Beach, #5)Simple Perfection (Perfection #2)
by Abbi Glines
Release Date: September 23rd, 2013.

Thoughts: Welps. I'm not a too big fan of the Woods and Della series. And when I'm not a big fan of the storyline or the characters, I end up don't liking the new adult novel. The only new adult novels I enjoy are the ones I absolutely love. Hehe. But who knows. I mean, it's Abbi Glines. She writes like the best new adult novels ever! I probably won't be staggering because of this novel, but I will definitely read it for fun, when I'm novelless.

Tagline: Woods had his perfect life mapped out for him.
Not much of a tagline, but well....

The Transfer: A Divergent Story (Divergent, #0.1)The Transfer (Divergent #0.1)
by Veronica Roth
Release Date: September 3rd, 2013.

Thoughts: Hehe. For those who know, I'm such a Divergent fan. Like forreal. So of course, I read it already. :) Haven't written the review yet, but it'll come soon...meaning somewhere in the next two months. LOL. Okey. And well. The Transfer is basically a prequel. It's all about Four. Like two years ago before Divergent took place.
Plus, I think I did a whole post on this.

Tagline: More Four!
LOL. Nice~

United We Spy (Gallagher Girls, #6)United We Spy (Gallagher Girls #6)
by Ally Carter
Release Date: September 17th, 2013.

Thoughts: This is the one. The one I've been actually waiting for to come since forever. Like. The finale to Cammie and Zach and all those spy stuff. I know this is more of a kid/middle school read. But like. But like I just love Ally Carter's spy novel. And might as well finish it up.
By the time this post comes, it should be mailing to me. Omg. Hehe. But right now, I still have to wait like a whole week. Ugh.

Tagline: Cammie Morgan has lost her father and her memory, but in the heart-pounding conclusion to the best-selling Gallagher Girls series, she finds her greatest mission yet.

The Chaos of StarsThe Chaos of Stars
by Kiersten White
Release Date: September 10th, 2013.

Thoughts: Hmmm. Didn't really know about this one. But then the cover is really pretty. And I have read Kiersten White books. They are pretty good. So yeah. I'll probably end up trying this one out. :D

Tagline: Isadora’s family is seriously screwed up.
LOL~ I would definitely read it.

Saving Raphael Santiago (The Bane Chronicles, #6)Saving Raphael Santiago (The Bane Chronicles #6)
by Cassandra Clare & Sarah Rees Brennan
Release Date: Seotember 17th, 2013.

Thoughts: Eek! More Cassie Clare. More sassy warlock. More Magnus Bane! LOL. I haven't even read any of the Bane Chronicles. But it's definitely on my superduper long TBR list.
I think the cover is kind of plain. But it's aight. As long as there's Magnus. :D
Btw, Raphael's the vampire. Remember him?

Tagline: A Manhattan teen—Raphael Santiago—is missing, and Magnus Bane must track him down before it’s too late.
Sounds like a mystery novel.

Sweet Legacy (Medusa Girls, #3)Sweet Legacy (Medusa Girls #3)
by Terra Lynn Childs
Release Date: September 3rd, 2013.

Thoughts: I actually don't know this series at all, but what caught me was Percy Jackson and Greek mythology. I love them both. :D This is the final book, so if there's any cliffhangers in the first or second book, I'll always have the last one. :D Gotta try this one out.

Tagline: The stunning conclusion of Tera Lynn Childs's Greek mythology–based Sweet Venom trilogy is perfect for teen fans of Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson series.
See what I mean?

The World of Divergent: The Path to Allegiant (Divergent, #2.5)The World of Divergent: The Path to Allegiant (Divergent #2.5)
By Veronica Roth
Release Date: September 24th, 2013.

Thoughts: Wait, what's this? Huh. Didn't know about this one. But coolios. Gotta read this one too~ Hehe. Great. Wonder what it's about. And omg. Allegiant. Totally baby. They should really get a cover for this though. Or not.

Tagline: Fascinated by the world of the Divergent series? This fifty-page bonus, previously only available in the Divergent Series Box Set, includes faction manifestos, a faction quiz, Q&A with #1 New York Times bestselling author Veronica Roth, book playlists, discussion questions, series inspirations, and much more!

Risked (The Missing, #6)Risked (The Missing #6)
by Margaret Peterson Haddix
Release Date: September 3rd, 2013.

Thoughts: Another one of my favorite middle grade books. Truthfully, I like history. Just not listening teacher drone on and on. And taking tests. But I like historical fiction. And The Missing series has a lot in it. And you can learn a lot of cool and fun facts. Kind of like The Magic Tree House. But it's more sci-fi than magic.

Tagline: Jonah thought that after his last adventure in 1903, he and his sister Katherine would have a break from time travel for a while. For the first time, he’s willing to look into his own identity in the past, and he thinks this is his chance.
So we'll learn more about Jonah~

The Boy On The PorchThe Boy on the Porch
by Sharon Creech
Release Date: September 3rd, 2013.

Thoughts: Okay. This just suggests romance. And I lurve those. And you know what else I love? Sharon Creech novels. They're good. They're of course, once again middle grade level. But many of Sharon's books are Newbery Award Winners. Like Walk Two Moons. If I did remember correctly, I cried reading that.

Tagline: From Newbery Medal winner Sharon Creech comes a singular story that reminds us of the surprising connections that bloom when unconditional love and generosity prevail. For when a young couple finds a boy asleep on their porch, their lives take an unexpectedly joyous turn.
Okay. Nvm. I guess this more of a family love connection kind of book. But I like those too. They make you cry. A lot.

Secrets of the fall (Loving summer: Donovan brothers #2)Secrets of the Fall (Loving Summer #4)
by Kailin Gow
Release Date: September 30th, 2013.

Thoughts: Omgomgomg. I read the first book and literally loved it. I really can't wait to see how that love triangle goes. But I really haven't been keeping with the second and the third book. Now that the fourth book is out, looks like I have some catching up to do.

Tagline: The Donovan Brothers… two gorgeous brothers in love with the same girl. How far would they fall to have her? One of them will claim her, but the other will find her. Only one can win her forever, unless their family secrets destroy everything.
OH OKAY~

Quantum Entanglement (Interchron #2)Quantum Entanglement (Intercrhon #2)
by Liesel K. Hill
Release Date: September 17th, 2013.

Thoughts: Read the first one. Pretty good. I liked it. :) So continuing onto the second one. :D Whoopdeedoop. KK. I'm like getting all tired and stuff. School tomorrow. Ugh. The mile. Ugh. Test results. Ugh. Welps. Night. Omg. That just doesn't make sense when this post goes up. Haha.

Tagline: Five months after traveling to a post-apocalyptic future where collectives reign supreme and individuals have been hunted to the verge of extinction, Maggie Harper was returned to her own time until the threat to her life could be neutralized.

Okay guys~ ._. That's it. I'm out. Lol. Not too much to say. But yay~ More books to read~ Whoopdeedoop~
