A: In class. LOL. Especially in my history class where the teacher's the most boring. I would say I accomplish reading the most under a desk during class, besides at home.

A: It's really funny how just did a whole discussion post on this question, before I even saw this. :D Maybe you can check my post out.

Okay. For those who really hate going to another post and having to go back to that post to comment or something, I'll just provide the answer here. LOL. I personally, like physical copies. I don't care whether it's hardcover or paperback. As long as I can hold it. And hide it behind a desk during class. 

For more reasons, you're going to have to go to the eReader VS Paperback post, because there are definitely long long reasons. :)

Q:  Have you broken up with a series? If so which one and why.

A: Haha. That's a cute question. Yes. There's definitely one. Countless, in fact. One is Nightshade by Andrea Cremer. I love that first book, but I heard the ending of the love-triangle and didn't even give it a try. I really wanted Ren to be the one in the end. There are many more, and most of the time, the reason I break up with the series is that I didn't know there was more to come, or the first book was so boring, I just gave it up entirely. I would normally always try to find the sequel (or wait for the sequel). 

And this one other one. I broke up The Hunger Games. Definitely. I tried to read Catching Fire and Mockingjay but I ended up speed reading the whole series so now I have no idea what happened. At least I really don't remember. I am watching the movie though.

Q: School is out! What is your favorite Summer Reading book?

A: Hmm..well. I don't really have one but I remember reading the whole Percy Jackson series last summer. And there's this one. Although I haven't read it yet, I heard it was really good. To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Plus, I have to read this for English 

Honors. ;) So why not add a summer feel to it? Herher. Yeah. I don't really do seasons. I read all year long~  

P.S. Omg. I just remembered. Just a Summer Romance by Ann M. Martin. Absolutely loved that. I used to read it every summer. ;)

Q:Happy Mother's Day! Who is your favorite mom from fiction?

A: Oh God. This is hard. I normally don't remember much about moms. Only main characters. ;) Sally Jackson. Percy Jackson's mom. I feel that she's really understanding and she'll do a lot for Percy. She doesn't appear much, but from the scenes she does appear in, she's pretty cool. But the whole Poseidon affair ruins the perfect mom thing. But like there wouldn't be Percy. ;) LOL.

A: This week just happens to be the week I'm not reading a really good book. Maybe it's also due to CSTs and all that studying. :( But one book I am reading is Incarceron by Catherine Fisher. I guess it's okay....it doesn't exactly pull me in as my favorite books do.

Q: Books are turned into movies all the time! Turn it around. What movie would make a great book?

A: Hmm. It's another thinker. I would have to say one of my favorite show is Once Upon a Time which shows up on ABC. It is basically another fairy tale retelling, but there is so much twists and turns and it includes all the fairy tales. Although it would be a super, long book or series, I think it would be cool if Once Upon a Time became a book. ;)

Q: What is a deal breaker for you in a book? For example, do you abhor love triangles? Or can’t deal with bad editing?

A: So, a deal breaker for me is when a book goes on and on about something. Like how good someone looks or like how the problem is really really bad and the main character has no idea what to do. I want the main character to at least have a judgement and thoughts.

Q: What writing device or trick most irritates you when reading a book? For example, if an author employs an omnipotent narrator that is sometimes considered bad form.

A: One thing that irritates me is love at first sight. I hate love at first sight. It's less romantic. I rather have it hate at first sight, like the book Dragonfly. 

Another thing that irritates me is that when the author changes POV like without me knowing. I spend like the first page wondering whose talking. Omg.

I think that's it. I don't wanna make it too long. LOL.

Q: When you step out of your USUAL genre what do you like to read? Best books in that genre?

A: Normally, my usual genres are romance and adventure. If I'm not reading my usual genres, I would usually read some historical fiction or mystery or some science fiction. When I was younger, I loved mysteries. That was before I found out about romance though. I can't say I have any favorites books from that genre. I can barely pick one out from my usual genres.

A: These are seriously some hard questions. But if it was a book that can make a great Halloween movie, I'll have to say Dead Beautiful.

      It's probably not the scariest I've ever read, but it's the most recent and could make a very good movie. There's the dead children coming back to life and all those seance, sucking the soul out of people. And I would like to see who plays the 'too gorgeous for words' character, Dante.

Q: What is the BIGGEST word you've seen used in a book lately -  that made you stop and look it up? Might as well leave the definition and book too.

This is kind of hard to answer. Since I"m not the type of person to check out a long word in a book I'm reading, I would most likely skip it and use context clues to find out what it means. Really, this is not a big word, but it just got me curious.

in·cu·bus/ˈiNGkyəbəs/

Noun:

A male demon believed to have sexual intercourse with sleeping women. A cause of distress or anxiety.

I was reading Beg for Mercy by Shannon Dermott and since the word came up a lot in the book, I searched it up. LOL.
This is my first time doing this, but I find this pretty fun! ;) It's quick, fast, easy, and interesting!
