Goodreads Summary:

Only when you let go can you learn to live.

Between the death of her mother and pushing through law school without her best friend, it's been a tough year for Becca. Needing a break from Boston, she moves to a tiny coastal North Carolina town for a relaxing summer. After bumping heads repeatedly with a local cop, she realizes her summer will be anything but quiet.

Three years after a career ending injury ruins his chance to play Major League Baseball, Gavin has a distrust of northerners and lately girls in general. He wants nothing to do with a girl who is only in town for the summer.

When the two give in to their impossible attraction, they realize that they may just have found the key to freeing themselves from the ghosts of their pasts.

Cindy's Review: I was originally going to do this series as a Blog Tour except I didn't receive Veer in time, so instead I did a Derailed only Blog Tour. You can find it HERE. Now the author sent me Veer, I'm going to review it!! ;D

Book Cover:
Okay. Definitely a romance book. Gotta read it! Plus, I loved the romance in Derailed! But I wasn't so sure about reading about Gavin since I didn't really like him in Derailed.

The Characters/Plot:
This Clayton Falls book, yes, is another romance book, but with different characters' point of views. In Derailed, it was about Ben and Molly, but in Veer, it's about Gavin and Molly's friend from the city, Becca.

Becca needed to take a break from the city life so she decided to join her friend, Molly at the country life and see how it goes. She didn't expect to find romance there and some more headache.

I'm proud to say Molly and Ben is also featured in this book, since they are mentioned randomly. Yay. I love Molly and Ben!

The Ending:
Despite all the romance and everything, I must admit, I still like Ben and Molly better but Gavin and Becca is an  okay couple.

Rating: (1-10) 7.8!

Happy Reading~
